Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email only. The applicable cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 45 days before the arrival date: No charge
45 to 30 days before the arrival date: 25% of total tour fare
30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of total tour fare
15 to 10 days before the arrival date: 75% of total tour fare
Less than 10 days before the arrival date: 100% of total tour fare
Refund Policy
There is no refund for any unutilized services, including but not limited to meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotel accommodations, transport, and sightseeing, irrespective of the reason.
If applicable, refunds (excluding flight fare) will be processed within a minimum of 15 to 45 working days from the date of written cancellation request.
